All tours will be a safe, socially distanced tours. We will need you to do your part by; using the hand sanitizer upon entry and between exhibits. Also keep yourself at a 6 foot distance from other guests that are not in your immediate party, as much as possible. Everyone is required to wear a face mask at all times.

You can expect the experience to be approximately 1.5 to 2 hours of walking and standing throughout the facility. The Aquatarium has access to a limited number of wheelchairs that are available on a first come first served basis. It is advised that guests bring their own mobility aids if needed.

Parking is located at the Flint street parking lot on the north side of the building.

Aquatarium Friends Members, please follow the booking procedure and select “Members Only” option upon completion.

For Groupon holders, please select the Groupon ticket type and specify how many will be attending on your Groupon purchase. (Groupon Instructions)

Infants (3 years and younger) are free to attend the Aquatarium with their guardian who has paid admission and registered online. No slot registration for infants is required.

Visitors with a disability or special needs, when paying full price admission and registering online, may be accompanied by their attendant for free. We accept Access 2 Entertainment cards upon arrival as verification. No slot registration for attendants is required.

Children 12 years and under MUST be accompanied by a paying adult at ALL times.

Licensed service animals are allowed in the Aquatarium with proper documentation.
